Kip, you're a SPEC and just found out you'll be appearing before the Audie Murphy Board??? I went as a buck SGT with only 6 months in grade and didn't believe I deserved to apppear at such a prestigious board. No choice in the matter however, I was 1 of 3 NCOs in our BN to go that quarter. Not a member of the SAMC by the way...I truly believe this board needs to be for seasoned SSG and above.
