As long as you keep working in the next year, you should be fine in Basic. I wasn't able to run at all, or do pushups. I passed and now am running 14:30 two mile, and doing about 65 pushups on my PT tests. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

the key to running far is breath control. Fast is leg muscle, far is heart/lung muscle. Easy way to get better at this is to run slower but farther than normal.
Also, I posted on your other thread before I read this one. If you can do all that now, you will absolutely no problem with the PT portion of Basic.
