I do not know the exact statistics regarding the washout/graduate rate of SF... but I do know that if you do not make it through the training, you'll likely be assigned to an Airborne Infantry Unit, with the chance to apply for Ranger School or try out for Special Forces again at a later date.

my friend just got back from the special forces selection course. let me know if you have any specific questions i can ask him...a lot of people certainly didnt make it.
