My recruiter mentioned something about a $40 grand enlistment bonus earmarked for housing. He said that it was only in this area. Is this true? Is it for all tier recruits, or just tier 1? Any help would be much appreciated.

The Army is looking into gousing grants (not bonuses) for recruits ... just not sure where/when this will be initiated.
