I am 100% on committing myself to the active duty for the US Army, but what is the difference between the active and reserve other than pt a few times and the obvious... I would like the know the pros and cons.. And how effects your MOS, benefits really, and education.

You go "active" you are commiting to the army as your job. Only job.
Reserves you go to Basic and Advanced training then go home. You report to a Unit one weekend per month and for a few weeks a year, plus deployments- if and when those come up. But it's a "part-time" thing usually.
You obviously won't get paid much with reserves but do get college money and other benefits.
Go talk to recruiters...
