I am a SGT (female, 68W)and would like to volunteer for DSS. What is the likelihood that I will be selected for BCT? Also, how strenuous is the mental eval? I am only asking because after my first deployment I had anxiety attacks for a month or two and took medication, but that is a normal reaction for some people after a rough tour. Will they deny me over that?

I just did a mental eval for Recruiting and its the same one you need for Drill Sergeant...its not bad they just have you fill out a questionare then you go see the "doctor" (I had some 1LT doing my mental eval) they go over what you wrote and go a little more in depth about it and stuff...good luck
