I ship out in less than two weeks, and I've been working out a lot to get in shape. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed a pain on the "outside" of my left wrist when lifting weights and doing pushups. The pain is manageable and only occurs when my wrist isn't straight (hands flat on floor, making corkscrew-motions). I've been keeping off it all the same just so it'll heal in time for basic.
After two weeks the pain is less, but it's still there. I'm worried that it will get worse when I ship out and have to do PT all the time. Should I notify my recruiter or just play through the pain?
