Quick question. If you can pass your APFT and also have less than the maximum body fat for your age group, but weigh more than your recommended weight, are you still considered a No-Go?

What happens is if you get on that scale and weight more than authorized, then you have to get taped, if you pass that, you are golden, if you fail, you get flagged.

In regards to your question you are a no go for weight but a go for body fat.
