Hmm wow, I never knew "technically and tactically" were different in different publications. That's weird how it got reversed. I'm going to try to confirm with the CSM if saying it either way is correct. To me, seeing it reversed is kind of comparable to seeing the Soldier's Creed reverse in "I am discipline, mentally and physically tough..."

Thanks for breaking it down. We receive many emails from people telling us that something needs to be changed. Because we try to do the right thing, we attempt to research the suggested change to make sure that it is accurate information. I would say that more than 90% of the changes submitted turn out to be someone referencing outdated information with no change to the ASG study guide being required. In the end a lot of time is spent researching information which does not even need to be changed, so it is nice when someone breaks down the changes like you all did so that the changes are quick and easy. sorry for the confusion and thanks for the help. Everything should be done by tonight. since a new thread was started that lists the changes needed, I will close this one so any changes added to this post don't get lost.
