Since you tried to improve your posting, I will try to respond.
First, it isn't all NCO's here. There are leaders here who can give you good advice. Even if it was all NCO's here, we don't all stick together, and if you read some of the other posts here, we do get into disagreements and on board arguments.
You say you made a mistake that you haven't been charged with. There is still hope that your leadership will not charge you with anything. You are going to make it harder on yourself if you don't conduct yourself like the Professional that WLC should have trained you to be.
I don't know exactly what your situation is, because I read and re-read your posts, and am guessing at a lot. What I have seen is that you admitted to making a mistake to your leadership, brought up some things about your family situation, and then accuse your Platoon Sergeant of lying about Soldiers in order to give them UCMJ. As evidence, you state a lot of faults that you feel your Platoon Sergeant has.
If you really want to be successful in the Army, you will learn from all leaders. That is the good and the bad. Don't get involved in other people's business, unless it directly affects you. That includes looking into why someone did or didn't get an Article 15.
I am also sensing the disrespect towards NCO's that you are being accused of. Knock it off if you really want help here.
If NCO's did their job, I wouldn't have mine.
