This board is geared towards the Active Army for the most part. I would like to see some Guard specfic board questions. For example, I am applying for a Readiness NCO job but I am unable to find anything on the web to prepare me for the interview. There is nothing on the web to prepare you for the 79T interviews either.

Care to volunteer to add subjects/topics/specifics?

are you prior active or all guard? If you have been active what boards have you gone to?

I did 8 years, active duty Marine Corps and have been in the Guard, nearly 3 years. For my promotion to SSG I had to do a board of sorts, basically interviewed those of us in the BN who were promotable. It wasn't something I had to study a tremendous amount for, so just seeking advice for a more formal interview situation within the Guard.
