I'm enlisting right now into the Nat. Guard as a flight medic after 4 years of being in the Navy. Well here's my problem. The unit I was going to be attached to, where I had a flight medic slot, got moved to far away from me so I have to change units. The unit I'm going to be attached to now is an aviation unit but I was told that they do not have a flight medic slot but they have medics in the unit. Does anyone know if I will still be able to be a flight medic or how this is going to work? Thanks
