SFC Wright, I am currently station in Germany, with a DEROS of July 2013. My commander is signing off on my reenlistment (BEAR) tomorrow morning. Do you know of the school dates for next year yet? Just wondering if I will have to submit a curtailment in order to make the school dates. From my understanding talking to the our unit medics, will the assignments basically be hospitals?

Is the Promotable status waiverable? I am an SPC with 2 years TIG and would like to reclass to 68V. However, since I told my unit that I would like to re-class, they are not likely to want to send me to a promotion board just so I can leave the unit.
I am a SPC promotable and I meet all qualifications for 68V and submitted my packet to my retention NCO for the BEARS program. He said I was good to go and is waiting on a training seat. Is there anything I need to do to reserve or get a seat. He said there were no seats available now, when does the next class start or open up and how can I reserve a seat?
I have recently re-enlisted for 68V and will be attending school in May 2013. I am dual military and they are unable to place my husband on orders with me; will I be eligible for geographical bachelor quarters or will I need to find a place?

If anyone has a question about the Interservice Respiratory Therapy Program (68V), ask away.
There has been one significant change that is worth noting. Thomas Edison State College will now accept a general education course in lieu of the Humanities course.
Humanities Art Communications Dance Film Foreign Language Journalism Literature Music Philosophy Photography Radio & Television Religion Speech Theater Arts Writing (advanced)
Social Sciences Anthropology Archaeology Cultural Geography Economics History Labor Studies Political Science Psychology Sociology
Natural Science / Mathematics Astronomy Biology Chemistry Computer Sciences* * not to include Data Processing or Computer Literacy Environmental Science Geology Mathematics Meteorology Oceanography Physical Geology Physics
English Comp I with a "C" or better from a regionally accredited college is still required.
Any questions, please ask.
