I am interested in reclassing to 68A, but the problem is i dont have much information on the mos. I mean from what i have read it seems to be a great MOS. But i want the opinion of someone that actually holds the MOS and does the whole day to day thing. I know the MOS is one of those MOS that makes alot of money in the civilian sector. Thanks in advance for the help.

Thank you for the info. Number 7 states that i have to have the basic course of 68A at fort sam houston. What exactly does that mean? I was told that i could go straight to Sheppard AFB since that is where AIT is conducted. Was i misinformed? As for my ASVAB scores, the lowest point i have throughout the board is a 118, everything else is higher.

What paragraph 7 means is that Formal training will be conducted under the guidance (auspice means guidance) of the Army Medical Department Center and School, which is located at Fort Sam Houston, TX--this is not implying that the actual school location is Fort Sam. The ATRRS Course Catalog indicates that training is held at Sheppard AFB.
