When can I PCS. Here are my numbers that are relevant. If I leave anything out just ask.

I am stationed in Germany going CONUS.
All flights are booked for the 1st of AUG.
Avail Date: 1 Aug
Deros: Currently 10 July being changed to 9 Aug
Report date is 25 AUG but authorized to report 18 days prior.
Orders state I must leave by the 1st of AUG, however, I am taking PCS leave in country till the 8th to allow me time to clear.

SO what date can I PCS?

You cannot clear while on leave, Whenever you go to your out processing brief, they will tell you the date that you will leave.

I can clear on leave. The CPF office confirmed that I can, as well as that I needed to take in country PCS leave in order to fly late than the 1st. The CPF office also has a sign that says that you must be in Uniform unless you are on leave to outprocess/clear.

And my DEROS changed to the 9th of AUG.
