Currently i am stationed in Korea and have been here since May this year. My family has come over here non-command sponsored. My question is since i will be leaving within the next month or so will my family be able to be put in my orders? Since it is due to medical reasons?
If they weren't on your orders to go there, then no, but an exception can be made to MOST policies, thats just something your gonna to have fight for with whomever is generating your orders. Talk with your CoC for support. BTW what WTU are you going to, I'm Cadre at WTU Fort Stewart

WHY do Soldiers do this? It's so easy to get the command sponsorship done.
You moved the family without authorization. The Army is NOT obligated to help you get your family CONUS, no matter WHY. They MIGHT do it anyway though- talk w/ your chain of command.
For next time, if you move the family without Army Authorization, don't expect them to help you out.
I was leaving Fort Meade, MD and a guy was just getting there. He was stationed at TX then MD. He moved (U-Haul) his family to LA for a few months then to MD. He wanted the Army to pay for the moves-
The Army said, "Sorry! You weren't authorized! No money for you!"
