I loved Ft. Stewart, if you like ocean activities you will too. Hinesville, is kinda a drag but Savannah isn't to far off. You'll like it.

Ft. Stewart sucks...hinesville is horrible...the only great place to go is savannah...the MPs are back from deployment...they will probably redeploy in the next 12 months.

Ok I am a MP at FT STEWART!!

When in Doubt I am sorry but you are wrong!! There are MP's at Fort Stewart that are not Garrison working the road right now as I type this, I know I AM one of them!! Hunter is not that big so to speak that is why they are only Garrison up there. But then again I also go up and patrol Hunter and I am not Garrison! You have your DA cops and your Garrison MP's at Hunter, I know a few of them up there which if you are at Hunter I am sure you have seen them! They don't hide, and when there is trouble if they are on they are in the middle of trying to fix it!

FurtureMP sorry but NOT ALL of our units are back right now!! Some just got back yes but how many MP units do you think we have?

Ft Stewart is not bad, it has it's ups and downs. IF you are coming here and want to deploy that is not a problem!! PM me if you want I can give you some more info! Being a MP here on Ft Stewart I know who is here, who is not, when they are looking at going, who is on the road right now, who is in the field right now. I have friends in about every MP unit we have since for the most part we all fall under the same BN, at least the line MP's do!

Hinesville does lack A LOT, Savannah and the beach are not too far away. Jacksonville is not too far either, some of our guys go there about every weekend!

HAHA didn't mean to sound like I was yelling, told a friend about this thread and he agreed with me. His reply was, wait I'm an MP in 3ID, not Garrison, and working the road. We both had to laugh really. What got both of us and not to be rude but what is someone that is not an MP doing asnwering that all of our MP's are deployed? Not really a big deal just we had to look at each other and wonder.. oh well maybe they have a friend who has a friend who is a friend of an MP.. lol

At least you got a little laugh out of a thread on here so far this evening/ Wink

too true, too true.

As for Ft Stewie, I enjoyed it while I was there. I didn't think it was too bad a post. I did spend quite a lot of time by the water though.... I loved a little blues bar down there.
