Presently I have a report date to Bliss but also in ASK I can see something for Kuwait City with the same report date. Does this mean that I will be detached out to Kuwait from Bliss or that I will be basically be prepping for deployment once I get there?

Does it actually say Kuwait City?
There are soldiers Assigned/ Attached to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait all the time.

Yea on the main ASK screen it says Ft Bliss and on the PDL screen for Assignment it says Kuwait City. Both have same report date.

If your going to be assigned to ADA in Ft. Bliss, you will most likely end up in Kuwait or
Qatar. Do you know which unit your going to be assigned to?

Quatar is a sweet gig. I volunteered for a second tour in Afghanistan, but was denied. Instead they offered me the ability to go to Quatar for a month to assist with redeployment. It is easily the hottest country I have ever visited. 100+ degrees and around 95+% humidity. Even chicks were dripping sweat from just a leisurely walk. All the comforts of home are there though. The Air Force has it built up really well. I think you can drink 3 22oz. beers a day there too if you want.
