As far as I know from riggers i have talked to, you can be stationed anywhere there are units on jumps status, ie bragg (82nd/sf) lewis (2/75/, sf/others) and so on

No BS, when I was stationed at Camp Hialeah in Pusan, SK there was an entire company of riggers. Why? I have no idea. There might have been an ABN qualified unit somewhere in Korea, but I know for a fact that it wasn't anywhere below Camp Humphries. We're talking like an 8 hour drive here. Soooo... Take that for what it's worth.

Cuz I'm a smart guy. And because I was friends with most of them. There was only one MP company and them on the camp, and it was 1.5 miles in circumfrence sooo... pretty easy to run into them.

Yeah, I kinda worded that wrong. I was talking with a guy earlier about Air Force loadmasters and how they wear red hats like the Army riggers, I think I was having a senior moment.
