I'm currently stationed overseas and just received an RFO back to CONUS. My DEROS is 15 July and my report date is 15 August. The RFO gives up to 60 days early reporting authorized. Can I depart for CONUS prior to my DEROS?

From what I know about your question u cant leave early to report, u can only leave early if u got da selected for something like recruiting or drill.
