We are currently CS in Korea. We will be PCSing out of here in September. Since this is my first move OConus back to the states, I don't know what to expect.

Do we get bumped to the top of the housing list? When is a good time to ship our car back so it will meet us there? Is it smarter to take leave before he signs into the new unit or wait til we get there and take leave after signing in?
