from where i am stationed i'm not allowed to get BAH if you dont have full custody of the kid. most states let you see them every other weekend and one month a year, but they wont give you BAh for it

You must have full custody of your kids to get BAH for them. If you are paying child support you can get BAH DIFF. It doesnt matter where you are stationed it is the same army wide.

It doesnt matter where you are stationed you MUST have full custody of your child to claim them for BAH.
