I just received a slot for Mountain Warfare school in September. I was wondering if anyone had any good training advice or things to focus on.

I am also a little worried about the land navigation. I'm a ROTC cadet and my experience is pretty limited with land nav. Are they going to give instruction prior to the course? How hard is the course? Should I be brushing up on it or not worry about it too much?
