Our unit is trying to work with us to get the locations we want after we leave Iraq; my husband and I put in for Ft. Huachuca (we're both intel SGTs, he is a 35H CGS Operator). We were hoping to work with our branch to get instructor positions. We both have 2 back to back deployments in support of MNC-I.

However, recently someone told me that they are only accepting E-6 or above for the instructor position for 35F. Does anyone know if this is correct?? I am trying to figure out if it is realistic for me to go for the position.

Yes, we have E3's showing up at the school house. You must be an E6 to teach but E5 can get a waiver. E4 and below work in Admin positions.
