Which parts are the SQI and ASI and should Prophet Operator Course be listed in Military Education?

I'll break it down for everyone (even the newer Soldiers so don't take offense that it's been Barney'ed)

98G = MOS

1 = Skill level of SPC and below

L = Linguist (This is the SQI, one number or letter) If a Soldier does not have an SQI, it will be an "O", not a zero

E7 = Your ASI. Not sure what this one is (it may be new in the last year or so)

CM = The additional language you speak (Chinese-Mandarin (Chinese-Kuo-Yu and Hsiang))

35P (cryptologic communications interceptor and locator). This MOS will be established to identify positions and soldiers transferred from 98G. Specialists and sergeants will be awarded ASI E7 when they complete the Prophet Ground Systems Course at Fort Huachuca, Ariz.
