My question is how does the AGR program work for active duty soldiers? I am currently on active duty with a 2012 ETS but I would like to try and move over to the AGR side of the house in order for a better job opportunity and to be closer to my wife who has the perfect job as an AGR soldier. Also how can I at least go about getting one of those assignments, I know of a few NCO's who came down on orders for theses assignments. Is that through my Branch manager (CMF 25U)? Thanks.
