For a marching cadence my personal favorite is My girl is a pretty girl.

For running I have two all time favorites!! But if the caller does not have rhythm it WILL NOT work. My two favorites are Magalina Tagalina, and Rain Drops-MY VERSION

I would be more than happy to post them if you have never heard them before. They are the best!!
