Will cutoff points bottom out or sky rocket shortly after the new sytem takes effect? How long will the points suffer untill it levels out again?

What in the world is this "new" promotion system? I must be living under a rock,(well, Schweinfurt, Germany-take your pick) the newest one I've seen has been the self-service 3355 this past fall.


"To conquer the Earth with an army of flying monkeys" is not an ideal goal to give to the career counselor.
