Question:
What if a hacker writes a program that scans arabic text for keywords on random ip`s and then selfdelete if no match found, is this etical or usefull?

For example:scan each word,rtf,txt file for a match.

Choices:
yes
no
no comment
Exelent, get intel first hand
Oh no, this is bad,verry bad.

I am sure that the Government employs hackers already. If they use them for anything, it would probably be to test the security of their own computer ysystems.

Yes, I think that a software program that does that would probably be good, but again, I am pretty sure that they already have something like that.

I suppose, in theory, everything on the world wide web is public and therefore open to any kind of scrutiny... Unless you're thinking of hacking to get beyond passworded sites, beyond firewalls, etc.?

I don't like spyware on my computer. My home computers are random IPs. My computer could be damaged by such a program (like any other program) and would result in reduced performance for at least a period while it was scanning my hard drive.

I'd have to consider a random search of my computer to be an unreasonable search.

apsolutly they could be useful hell let them tell us where our weaknesses are and fix them. then have thier buddy try to hack in and see if it works and keep going until noone can get in!!

I have to agree on that comment. You do know of course as long as security get better hackers will always get smarter and find ways in.
