Yes you can, because i did...and i'm pretty sure you are going to Ft. Lost in the Woods (Leonard Wood). Good luck over there! It gets pretty hot and humid during the summer months...esp, July/August! So you'll get there at the right time, hehe! The area is cool, but there ain't much to do...GOOD LUCK!!!

I went through MP OSUT and we could not leave during the duration of basic and AIT.
