You might be able to find some MOS-specific Army Correspondence courses through AIPD.

Go to usapa.army.mil and find the FMs- there's one for the Joint Nodal (node?) Network- JNN-N.
This FM (FMI 6-02.60) will explain the DOCTRINE of your new MOS, as well as a brief description of equipment, and various configuration instructions.
