HI all,

The 15th Signal Brigade at Fort Gordon just updated some of the policy for new students. If you want a copy, shoot me an email address via PM. It's 2.5MB.

I see how this states alot about the mos-i soldiers. I will be an mos-t soldier. How will this policy really effect me? Or should I say applies to me. I understand the part that states mos-t. But it seems like most of the policy is geared towards mos-i soldiers.

There is a LITTLE about MOS-T in there.
Mostly- NO FRATERNIZING WHATSOEVER with MOS-Is.

Seriously, they said if there was a tornado and I was driving by some PVTs in my car, tell them to get under cover, and keep driving. Eeker

There's also pass info, and other stuff to be aware of.

Not to my knowledge.
You can't park right next to the "schoolhouse", either. You park in the general parking lots and walk .1-.5 miles, depending on which building you're in. (I forget what your new MOS will be?!)

Just came back from 15th BDE @ FtGordon (Jan09), MOS-T E-5.
Yes you can bring your own POV, and beside PT and Classes, your own your own just like your in your regular unit.
No,you dont march to school.
Make sure you do not rush to your last week and leave your certificate and expect them to email it to you. Wrong move! Wait and take your time.
Just stay away from MOS-I, that the biggest thing with 15th Bde.

Good Luck

MOS-I are the brand new soldiers in the military. First time going through basic and ait. MOS-T are prior service soldiers.

I'm starting 25B AIT as an MOS-I in July. I've read through GOrdon's policy letter regarding privlidges and limiations. It says I can bring a laptop but need to "demonstrate the ability to secure the laptop computer" and of course list the laptop on the unit high dollar inventory record. Anyone else have a laptop at AIT? Can anyone explain the provision about demonstrating the ability to secure it? Is connectivity in the rooms free? Thanks for any info.
