I am a SSG reclassing to Unit Supply I was just curious of everyday training for 92Y and how boring it's going to be. It will be an adjustment going from combat arms to the office but just looking for any information before I head there. Thanks ahead of time.

I am a 92Y and trust me, it can get pretty boring. The trick is to always be finding something to do (i.e. organizing your supply room, updating your hand receipts, etc.). You have to keep yourself from getting complacent and just keep accountability of your equipment at all times. As for the training, it's not all bad, mostly computer work. The real fun, and also the part that you will most likely excel in, is the armorers course. Just remember, a trained monkey can do a supply job, but it takes a professional to do it well.
