I am a prior service marine attending 15t school in the near future, and I am worndering what to expect comming from being a non-commisioned officer in the marines to being a spc in the arng
I'm a Prior Service Marine that came into the Army, To answer your question A SPC is like being a Lcpl. But if your squared away, rank comes a lot faster in the Army. I went from SPC to SSG in a year and half. It's going to be a hard transition at first, but you'll get used to it. Just don't forget where you come from stay hard, you'll do great here.
hey man, i just graduated 15t school as a reclass...basically u will be assigned to h co 1-222 avn, which is a company full people just like u...u might have tough transition at first because army aviation is extremely relaxed...u will be around pvts and in school with them..beware there discipline level is not what u may expect...the big thing in hotel company is be on time and the right uniform and ur 14 weeks there should go smooth...if u need anything more pm me and ill do what i can...
