Alrighty I enlisted active duty from the Guard quite some time ago, and was going through my OMPF. I found a form, NG 22, that has made me begin to wonder if my BASD was adjusted incorrectly. looking through my initial contract, I found my DD214 from when I finished OSUT and went back to the guard, this form shows 4 months 19 days active duty.
the NG22 shows in block 10 record of service, (e) Total service for retired pay 02 year 4 months and 21 days.
I enlisted may 10 of 2000, and my BASD (adjusted) is 19 JAN 2000 and my PEBD is 19 DEC 1996.

anyone got any answers on this one?

I'd have to see the documents to provide you with an better answer, but what you may want to do is take all your supporting documents to your personell section for a BASD/PEBD evaluation. They are the experts.
