I was a TPU USAR Soldier that got a Bonus. I was into exactly one year into the Bonus when I got into an AGR assignment. Now that I'm an AGR USAR Soldier, DFAS just sent me a Bonus Recoupment letter. Do I still need to pay it back? Even though I'm still in the USAR?
