A quick google would have given you these answers a lot faster than waiting for us, but here we go. 79R is the Recruiters that reclass into that MOS, instead of just having an identifier on their PMOS. 79S is the Career Counselor who does the whole reenlistment stuff. and the other I dont know, sorry. If you want to go into Recruiting put in your Volunteer packet.
