Can someone please tell me the difference between a 79S, 79R and a 79V? I am a 38B, E-6 with 11 years. I would like to get into recruiting and I need to know the difference in these MOS's. Thanks for any help

A quick google would have given you these answers a lot faster than waiting for us, but here we go.

79R is the Recruiters that reclass into that MOS, instead of just having an identifier on their PMOS.

79S is the Career Counselor who does the whole reenlistment stuff.

and the other I dont know, sorry.

If you want to go into Recruiting put in your Volunteer packet.

79V is the 79S of the Reserves.

I actually have Googled these MOS's but I guess I wasn't clear on my question. Which recruiter actually works in a recruiting station and which recruiter works in a Reserve center? Also do all recruiting packets go to the same place, minus the AGR packets?
