i go to the board on monday, i already have the job but a few really bad soldiers have been consuming my time on and off work. inturn no study time. what can i do to show the board im more than qualified to be a SSG

Study, and be up to par on conflict management and programs. It's the same as the Sgt board with just a few questions on conflict. Well thats how mines was.

If you want to show the board your ready to be a SSG, you need to show better time management and study. If you cannot handle the duties now, how will you be able to handle them as a SSG? Make time, studying is going to be the only way you are going to convey to them that you are ready.
