As I have participated in 8 boards now (ranging from Mock, Company, SOM/SOQ, and Promotion Board) I have volunteered to do weekly mock boards for soldiers in my company. However I cannot seem to be able to find a scoresheet anywhere.

I have googled for 2 days now as well as done searches on several message boards. My first mock board is in 2 days, so if anyone has one available, please post below. Thanks.

Each unit is different and there are not mandated scoresheets for criteria.

When I am the President of our SOM board, I do not use scoresheets. Our boards are rather difficult but what I do is have the other Senior NCOs (who vote and ask questions) is to decide as a group who was the best. I do not believe in points for second place. Usually there is a clear cut winner. After the board, I give my AAR comments to all the members of the board. I use both positive and negative comments, and leave it like that. I then tell them to let me know when they have decided a overall winner, and then I step out of the board area until that decision is made. I normally do this, because my battery normally wins! We have 2 monthly rigorous boards in our battery, and only our top soldier gets to go. If it the same bubba every month, then so be it.

I do not always believe in rewarding effort, as I feel sometimes you must have results. In our profession, sometimes second place can result in the loss of life. Sorry, a little off subject, but there is no certain criteria and it differs from unit to unit.
