I am helping a guard buddy of mine with his promotion packet to E6, he has a bunch of correspondence courses...which isn't a problem, except that there are numerous ones he did online through Army e-learning that are 1, 2, 3 and 4 hour courses.
Which brings me to my question; Are completed correspondence courses that are 4 hours or less worth any points?

Its 1 point per 5 hours. So the total hours would be added together to get the total points. Points aren't awarded for just individual courses. They are cummulative for total hours. Example. One course for 7 hours and one course for 8 hours would total 15 hours equalling 3 points.

I was just going to say that.

"War is an act of force, and to the application of that force there is no limit. Each of the advisaries forces the hand of the other, and in a recipricol action results in which there can be no limit..."

One more question...when I did my packet, years and years ago...I think that you either got credit for a badge OR the school. I.E. points for Airborne school or the parachutists badge? Is that correct or Do you get points for both the award and the military education?
