On the front page of Armystudyguide.com, click on "portable study guide". Then click on "FREE audio version" on that page. It will link you to a bunch of individual sections, which are ZIP files. If you download those, and open them up, they are already mp3's. All you have to do from there is put them into your mp3 library with itunes, or whatever software you use.
