Automatic Promotion List and the Bear Program.... - Topic In the Army Study Guide Forums

I have a soldier who is on the Automatic promotion list. He wants to reenlist through the BEAR program for MOS 21D (Diver). You must be a SPC non-promotable to reclass to this MOS. Will his being on the auto promotion list keep him from doing what he wants? Any info on this would be helpful.
