I'm currently a E-5 non-p in the MOS 74D, I would like to become a 31B but the the bear message says it's only open to PFC-SPC(p). Does anyone know a way around that. Thanks

Yes ... when the strengths of SGT and SSG go from balanced to shortage, it's quite possible the BEAR Program will once again include 31B for SGT/SGG.
