i am a 19d and i just PCS to germany. I am e-4 P and was looking in to reclass to 21p. I was wondering if i should wait to get my e-5 the reclass or does it matter if i get it in AIT? Would it change the amount of bonus? Also Does it matter that i just PSC o Germany?

Having just done a packet for 21P from OCONUS, I will offer what I have learned. Through the BEAR program you can be E-4 thru E-5(P) if I am not mistaken. It will make a difference on your bonus amount as will the amount of months you reenlist for after you complete your school. Just PCSing to an OCONUS assignment, you need to wait until you are within 12 months of your DEROS. Putting that packet together can be done before you enter your 12 mo DEROS window.
