How do I go about getting a copy of a 1059 for my OMPF/ERB? I noticed that I am missing two 1059's from my OMPF. One is from AIT and the other is from WTC. So far the unit (S-1) at AIT said that they do not keep copies or logs of 1059's; and he suggest that I call the school itself to see if they can re-create one for me. I tried calling the number but all I got was a busy tone. Is there another way to go about obtaining these documents? The school is 13W at Fort Sill.
I've never seen a 1059 for any class under 60 days unless it was WLC. I don't believe AIT type classes receive them, instead I've always gotten orders awarding a MOS or a certificate stating training was complete.

That is absolutely correct. You will only be awarded the MOS. There is currently 1059's given out for PNCOC/PLDC/WLC as well as BNCOC phase 1 (common core tasks). I am unsure if there is a ANCOC phase 1 and phase 2 at the moment, but fairly sure if ANCOC is broken up into 2 phases as BNCOC currently is, then both phases will award you a 1059.
If Thunder Lightning went to WTC, then he/she may have gone to the AIT as a prior service Soldier. If you go to AIT as a prior service soldier you should receive a 1059. I am unsure if you are awarded a 1059 for WTC or not though.

I have a question and I need some help.Is it possible if you re-enlisted and re-classed to be in the bear program, to go back to your old MOS?(it is being recommended by a doctor for what ever the reason)what needs to be done? The MOS is from a 31E to 63H.
Thanks for the infomation guys. Actually, I was able to locate a copy of my 1059 for AIT. And regarding WTC: Yes, they don't give 1059's for that training.
