one of my buddies just reenlisted for 4 years for current sation stabilization and he got a bonus.But his thinking about reclassing through the BEAR program.Does he still qualify for the program?????

He will have to wait until he is within 24 months from his new ETS date. It also depends what MOS he is and what MOS he would like to go in the BEAR program for as well.

reupman74 is correct, you're buddy will have to be in his 24-month reenlistment window to extend under the BEAR Program.

Also, under normal circumstances, his current MOS must be balanced/overstrength based on the latest In/Out Calls.
