I am very interested in the bear program but I here that you have to be at your current duty station for atleast a year. Does anyone know if this can be waived? Thanks

What is the bear program. I have never heard of it.

To read about the BEAR go to the USAPA webpage and download AR 601-280. The BEAR is located in Chapter 6.
