Anyone have any information on how to change MOS through this BEAR program? I have been in for 6 years, I have reenlisted 2 times since I have been in. Anyone with any information would greatly be appriciated.
You need to go see your Career Counselor. It is better if you get a face to face explanantion of the BEAR program. You have to understand first that your MOS is listed on the BEAR, and your not authorized to go into the BEAR.

Welcome to the club the only ways I've found to get out of Quartermaster successfully is to ETS. I'm a 92W E-5(p) Mid career soldier and all roads out led to dead ends. My secondary mos branch was willing to take me back but the Quartermaster Branch denied that move saying that E-5 end strength did not support that move. It wouldn't be so bad if they'd lower the promotion point cut off score sometime this century instead of keeping it at 798 every month for the past two years.
