Bonus for 89D with the BEAR Program - Topic In the Army Study Guide Forums

I am working on reclassing to 89D (EOD) and I was talking to a NAVY EOD guy and he told me the bunus is 90K for everyone. does anyone know if that is true or is it still 30K.

I don't get to say this often, but, um, why are you talking with a seaman about Army policy?

Each service secretary places a cap on their service bonuses ... depending on the need for the skill, this bonus cap can be raised, lowered or terminated.

It's YOUR career! Take control of it before someone else does.
