Im a SSG with 14yrs and am in my reenlistment window. My MOS is 31B. Both 31B and 46Q In/Out calls show balanced for SSG's. How is that 46Q can be on the BEAR program as a Special Critical Skill but still show balanced for SSG's? I spoke with our Retention here and they are telling me that I can only do something that requires a packet. Im interested in doing 46Q. Please clarify. Thank you.
